David is the Founder of Wachsman PR. After starting his career at Linden, Alschuler and Kaplan, a traditional Manhattan agency, David joined a biotech startup as Chief Information Officer. After working with tech consultancy AGMcLeod & Co, David became Communications Director at a mobile app development firm.  He later managed political campaigns in Virginia, wrote speeches, and secured endorsements across the state and country. In 2012, David joined advertising giant Ogilvy & Mather in New York, and a year later, Ericho Communications, rising to Executive Director. In 2015, David founded Wachsman PR to provide professional communications expertise to businesses within the spectrum between finance to technology.


Jesse is an Account Supervisor with Wachsman PR with over eight years of Public Relations experience. Jesse started his career as a television broadcaster with the Australian based WIN News corporation, reporting and presenting on politics, sports, environment, technology and current affairs. He then joined the military as a Public Relations Officer, leading camera teams in Afghanistan, East Timor, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and Burma. Jesse was promoted early to the rank of Captain and was awarded an operational commendation in 2013 for leading the PR campaign in Uruzgan province, Afghanistan. Jesse was later posted to Canberra to lecture officers and soldiers on media awareness, media interview preparation and social media advice. Jesse moved to New York to work for Wachsman PR in 2016.

Emma is an Account Supervisor with Wachsman PR and Managing Director of Wachsman PR's Dublin office. Emma started her career as a Junior Account Executive with Irish-based agency, DHR Communications, working on PR campaigns for multiple state organizations in the technology, tourism and not-for-profit sectors, securing clients online, television and radio placements. Emma then served as a Client Executive for the prestigious PR agency Cullen Communications, working with large international clients including Enterprise Rent a Car, Ford, Continental Tires and Office Depot. Emma moved to New York to work for Wachsman PR in February 2016, before spearheading the launch of Wachsman PR's European HQ in February 2017. She is fluent in Spanish and is an expert in social media management and training.


Rachel is a Senior Account Executive with Wachsman PR and has over three years of Public Relations experience. Rachel started her career as an Account Coordinator, and later Assistant Account Executive, with Affect, fine tuning her media relations skills for multiple clients in the technology, healthcare and human resource industries. She then served as Account Executive, and later Senior Account Executive, at North 6th Agency, where she managed several accounts and secured trade and top-tier media placements across the board in online and print publications. Rachel began working at Wachsman PR in December 2016. She is fluent in Chinese (Cantonese).


Amy is a Senior Account Executive at Wachsman PR and has over three years of Public Relations experience. Amy started her career as a Communications and Marketing Manager at an Australian-based IT consultancy. She then moved agency-side, joining Recognition PR as a Senior Account Executive working across B2B enterprise technology and financial services clients, including CenturyLink, Palo Alto Networks and Atradius. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Communications Management from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is interested in travel, ice skating and pilates.



Meghan started working at Wachsman PR as an Account Coordinator in August 2016, and was promoted to Junior Account Executive in November.  Meghan has completed several internships at NYC based firms in the entertainment industry, including Frank PR and FerenComm. Prior to her career at Wachsman PR, Meghan graduated in May 2016 from Providence College with a degree of Marketing. Meghan’s interests lie in traveling, skiing, and the New York Rangers. 


Elizabeth joined Wachsman PR as an Account Coordinator in January 2017. She started her PR career by completing a Fellowship with NYC based agency VP+C Partners shortly before joining WPR. Elizabeth worked for a variety of media companies and publications, interning at CNN, Comcast SportsNet, and SCENE Magazine. She graduated from Merrimack College in May 2015 with a degree in Mass Communication, and recently received her Masters in Journalism from Boston University. Elizabeth enjoys traveling with family and friends, most recently visiting Spain. 



Caroline joined Wachsman PR as an Account Coordinator in 2017. During her pursuit of a Media Studies degree from the University of Virginia, Caroline interned at Interface Media Group, a media strategy and production agency in Washington, D.C. In addition to her involvement with the social media team, Caroline interned with the production department at Nat Geo WILD. Caroline also interned at Northern Pictures, a TV production company that focuses on wildlife and social documentaries, in Sydney, Australia. After her graduation from UVA, Caroline worked at Fairfax Neonatal Associates, PC as a digital media strategist, where she helped launch the company’s social media platform. Caroline is interested in cycling, traveling, spending time with her family, and the Washington Nationals.
